QIAprep 96 Plus Miniprep and BioRobot Kits enable plasmid preparation in 96-well format. Samples can be processed using the QIAvac 96 and/or a centrifuge or automated on the BioRobot Universal System.

Up to 50 ?g of high-quality plasmid DNA (endotoxin levels below 10 EU/?g DNA) per well can be obtained from up to 5 ml of an E. coli culture.
